Terms and Conditions

Payment Terms: Payment is due within 30 days from the date of the invoice. Late payments may be subject to a late fee of 1.5% per month.
Service Suspension: If payments are delayed by more than 45 days, we reserve the right to suspend all running services until the outstanding balance is paid in full.
Services Provided: The services outlined in this invoice are provided as described. Any additional services or modifications may incur additional charges.
Tax Information: Our tax identification number is 776614661RT0001. All services are subject to applicable taxes.
Refund Policy: Services are non-refundable once work has commenced. Any disputes or issues should be reported within 10 days of receipt of this invoice.
Confidentiality: Both parties agree to keep confidential all information related to the services provided under this invoice.
Governing Law: This invoice and any related agreements are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada.
Termination of Agreement: Either party may terminate the service agreement with a 30-day written notice. Any work completed up to the termination date will be invoiced accordingly.
Liability Limitation: Our liability is limited to the value of the services provided. We are not responsible for any indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of our services.
